If at any time you have questions, please contact us directly. We are
firmly committed to maintaining your privacy through the highest level
of security. Please note: while we promise that we shall not sell, trade,
or rent your personal information to others unless you have given us explicit
consent to do so, if your inquiry is of a product related nature, or should
your inquiry relate to the establishment of a sales/agent relationship

What personal information we collect
Visiphor only collects personally identifiable information through
the use of product or business inquiry submission forms. Required
fields are indicated by an asterisk. We only require that you enter
information that is relevant to your inquiry and have tried to
design our questions so as to limit the amount of entry required
on your part. Should you not want to supply personally identifiable
information, please feel free to e-mail your inquiry to info@visiphor.com. Visiphor also uses software services from
third parties to provide us with internal research on our users'
demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand and
serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an
aggregate basis. This information may include the URL that you
just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which
URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), the
actions that you take while visiting our site, your country and
region or origin, what browser you are using, and your IP address.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as e-mail or letters,
or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about
your involvement with Imagis, we may collect such information into
a file specific to you.
How we use cookies
A cookie is a piece of information that a Web site can ask your browser
to store during and between visits. Imagis may use cookies in conjunction
with certain tracking software to determine if you are a repeat
visitor to our Web site. We also use cookies to facilitate your
experience once you have "logged-in" to our Web site to prevent
re-logging in upon visiting subsequent pages. This cookie simply
contains a random user ID which we use to automatically sign you
in when you visit our site. You can refuse cookies from all sites
by turning them off in your browser (check your browser's documentation
for instructions). You do not need to have cookies turned on to
use the Visiphor Web site although some functionality may be limited.
How we use collected information
We use the personal information we collect about you to better answer
your questions and inquiries. We may also use your information
to deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted
to your interests. Visiphor will not send you e-mail unless it is
requested or required in order to get in touch with you. From time-to-time,
Visiphor may send product information, development news, site announcements,
or newsletters to users who have "opted-in" to receive such services.
We may use information in the file we maintain about you, and other
information we obtain from your current and past activities on
the Visiphor Web site, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems
and enforce our site's policies.
How we share collected information
Visiphor may elect to share aggregate information about our users with
our business partners, advertisers, and other third parties. This
information shows user activity as a whole rather than on an individual
basis and cannot be used to personally identify you. We use aggregated
information we collect about users to continue to improve our service
for you. Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment,
we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other
personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in
ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of
example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose
information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances,
or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions
or private communications. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose
any information about you to law enforcement or other government
officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate,
in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property
infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose
us to legal liability. Further, we can (and you authorize us to)
disclose your User ID, name, street address, city, state/province,
zip/postal code, country, phone number, e-mail, and company to
these officials should they be requested. Therefore, although we
use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do
not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable
information or private communications will remain private.
How we handle information collected from children
In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (April
21, 2000), Visiphor has no intention of collecting personal information
from children (i.e., individuals under the age of 13). If you know
or suspect that a child has provided us with personal information
and would like it removed from our database, please have a parent
or guardian of the child contact us via e-mail at: info@visiphor.com.
Visiphor will use reasonable efforts to delete such information from
its database. If you would like more information about children,
privacy and the Internet, you can refer to the US Federal Trade
Commission's Web site.
Your ability to access, update, correct, or delete your
information
We believe that the information that you share with Visiphor belongs
to you. At any time, you are free to delete or modify your personally
identifiable information. If you choose to delete or remove your
profile from our database, particularly as it concerns unsubscribing
from our newsletters, we will remove any personally identifiable
information that can connect you to the information that you shared
with us. To modify or delete your information, or to unsubscribe
from available newsletter services, please visit the Visiphor Web site.
Visiphor Business Partner Programs
Business partners or system integrators who wish integrate Visiphor's
products and services will be asked for personally identifiable
information as part of applying for our business partner program.
All fields that are required to perform the analysis services are
clearly marked (e.g. name and e-mail address). All partners, unless
explicitly requested, will be included in a development directory
which is open to all site visitors. This information will constitute
your developer or partner profile and will enable other site users
to contact you directly. As a development or business partner,
you will have the ability to modify your profile at any time.
Visiphor may elect to share user information and in-bound sales inquiries
with our other business partners and similar third parties.
